In their factory configuration, the bikes are typically delivered with:
Maximum assisted speed limited to 25 km/h
Continuous rated motor output limited to 250 Watts
Pedal assistance enabled
Fully functional pedals
When operated in this configuration and in accordance with your local regulations, these bikes are generally classified as electric bicycles (EPACs) in many European countries.
